50 g Parmesan cheese
200 g polenta (cornmeal)
1 litre liquid milk and water mix
1 tablespoon stock paste
25 g Butter
salt (to taste)

Milk & water mix: I used 250ml milk:750ml water and it was creamy – could use 50:50 but not necessary
Blitz cubed parmesan 10 seconds/speed 9.
Remove and set aside.
Add all other ingredients 15 minutes/100 C/speed 3.
Add parmesan 1 minute/100 C/speed 3.
Serve immediately with your favourite caserole or stew.
